• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Delivery Responsibilities

Once the shipping carrier takes possession of your order, responsibility for the package transfers to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Christmas gifts and kids toys must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used seasonal lighting (Christmas Incandescent Lights, Christmas LED Lights, Halloween Lights, Neon Lights)
• Personalized or customized products
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Final sale items (clearly marked during seasonal clearance events)

Return Process

2. We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions
3. Package items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive returned items
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
