Returns & Exchanges Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • In the same condition you received them

Refund Processing

Timing & Method

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Important: Christmas gifts and kids toys must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
