Returns & Exchanges Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags and accessories
- In the same condition you received them

Refund Processing
Timing & Method
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Important: Christmas gifts and kids toys must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
