Return & Exchange Timeframe

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items Damaged Due to Customer Misuse

Christmas gifts and kids toys must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
