Cute pumpkin nutcracker. Although it arrived wrapped in protective paper, the pumpkin he is holding had fallen off. I will have to glue it back in place.

This nut cracker is so cute and goes well with my Halloween decor. I gave it a 4 because I had to order twice. The first was broken as it had not been package correctly. The second one was not broken but the little pumpkin did not have the string through it and was not attached to the nutcracker. You could see the glue where it had come off. I fixed it instead of returning and it looks great. It’s a good product that is not packaged well.

For years I’ve put out a Nutcracker at Christmas. A few years ago I got a patriotic nutcracker. This year I’ve decided to add other holidays. Next year, a Thanksgiving pilgrim.

The details, paint etc are very cute, but the nutcracker was glued to the base in a very messy manner. The glue was oozing out the sides like a kid did it, and it ruined the look of the entire piece. If some care had actually been taken during construction, it would have been a cute unique piece. It wasn’t however, so it’s being returned as it was supposed to be a gift and I couldn’t give that mess to anyone.
