   I would give a 4 star but can’tThis is nice looking and bright. Problem is there is no timer or switch when you turn on its on till you go outside and push button to turn off or till batteries die. I have mine inside and use a powered battery replacement. Don’t use up batteries but it does not turn off until my timer turns off all power to decorations in home. Then I have to go over and push power back on.

   This is cute and easy to put together and a nice size but it is so lightweight and flimsy. I attached it to the ground with the stake but it kept falling over even in light breeze. Also when you do that you have to undo it to turn it on every night. Just not the most well thought out.

   I like the this decoration. Easy to assemble. The controller has a timer and different settings. If you are not careful the fabric can rip. I used three tent stakes to keep it from blowing away, in the yard. I have the controller in a zip lock baggie outside of the decoration, so I can change the settings nightly. It is cute and the kids like it.

   The hat already had 2 holes in it when I unpacked it. So I didn’t think it would last over time, particularly outside. I’ve returned it for a refund & am going to order a different one once the return is processed.

   I was very happy when I received this decoration. It is too cute!. Easy to put together. Different light settings make it fun. Wish is was a bit brighter, but this can be easily fixed by adding another string of lights inside. I love that it is collapsible and is easy to store. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

   We don’t have an outlet outside, so we needed something battery operated. This was perfect. Folds flat, easy to put together and goes off about 6 hours after you turn on the timer. Will be adding more like this next year.
