I love the color and brightness of the bulbs. What I don’t like is that if you put these lights on a timer, when they go off and come on again the mode is reset and you have to select it again.

Lights are fine for what they are. But if you have them on a switch or an outlet with a timer, they will reset to a blinking mode every time you turn them off and then on again. Seems like a poor design choice. If nothing else, the default mode should be steady light. Since I want to put them on a timer so that they will come on even if I am not home, and I don’t want to have to climb on a ladder to push the mode change button every time I use them, I am returning them.Did not come with a remote, although I’m not sure they were supposed to.

We have really enjoyed these 4th of July lights. I’m confused by the remote control questions. We didn’t get a remote control with these lights.

The media could not be loaded. love the options on lights. the one i recorded i use most of the time. onlycomplaint is wishing the plain, still, no motion option is one of the last options. takes a while to switch to it.

I needed some patriotic lighting for the railing on my deck for July 4th. I came across these and they were a great deal! One strand covered the entire length of my deck. They are very bright and they have a feature on them where you can change the settings of how they light. I have ours set for a slow fade and then they flash really fast…they’re pretty cool. I would definitely buy more of these in the future. They’re nice quality too.
