   The item is exactly as described and pictured. It arrived in perfect condition. This nutcracker is weighty, statuesque, beautifully crafted and the quality appears high. I absolutely love this turkey and am thrilled with my purchase. He’s so unique and will be a cherished Thanksgiving decoration for many years to come. Nutcrackers are hot this year. This was an excellent find. Shipping was very fast.

   We have a friend who collects Nutcrackers, so we bought this Thanksgiving turkey to add to her collection. We have bought this brand of Nutcracker before and have been very pleased. This Nutcracker comes in a colorful box that is perfect for gifting and also serves as a nice storage box. For the price, this brand of Nutcracker is a good deal, since the ones we have received have been well made.The Turkey nutcracker itself was another story. It is a very cute design, something our friend would have loved. However, there were strange dark markings on the turkey’s lower belly. There were stray paint marks of a different color on the left side. There was a small chip in the front belly. There were globs of glue surrounding the beak, both arms, and one on the platter where it attached to the turkey. The zig zag design was not painted cleanly–it looked done by a shaky hand.. Overall the craftsmanship was very poor and didn’t resemble the photo of the Turkey nutcracker on the product page. There was even some weird black crumbs near the beak that I had to brush off–looked like burnt wood ashes. So my aunt returned it the same day we received it. We figured we could find another better quality nutcracker here on Amazon. It’s too bad this one didn’t work out, since our friend doesn’t have too many Thanksgiving nutcrackers in her collection.

   Very disappointed that the Nutcracker has felt feathers really cheapens the item.
